Important Recommendations to the Customer upon Placing an Order for Aluminum Works

Free consultation meeting - coordinate a consultation meeting with one of our professional consultants, preferably during the planning stage. The consultant will assist in selecting the products suitable for you, and in writing an aluminum specification that will help you to receive price quotes from aluminum works contractors.

Referral to Aluminum Works Contractors - during the meeting, the consultant will refer you to aluminum works contractors near your home, who attended professional training sessions offered by KLIL and who have the knowledge and the equipment required to perform the project.

Selecting the Aluminum Contractor - It is important to select an aluminum contractor who is recommended by clients who already enjoyed his services. It is recommended to ask the aluminum contractor to refer you to a project he completed.

The Profiles Coating - all coated KLIL profiles carry an identification signature:  Ensure that the signatures appear on all the profiles and not just on the exterior frame. Insist that the stamps will be removed only after the window is installed at your home. In the event that the stamps are removed without your permission, ask for a authentication test.

Additional Exclusive KLIL ID Mark - each profile shipped out of our factory has 3 stripes.  The stripes are on the inner side and can be seen before the product is assembled (see picture). Therefore, it is recommended to visit the aluminum contractor's plant when the windows are assembled. A qualified contractor will encourage you to visit during that time.

Beware of Imitations - Upon entering the contract with the aluminum contractor, insist on products produced from KLIL original profiles and accessories only.  Please send us a request by email for receiving a sample contract - ind@klil.co.il

Authentication test - KLIL provides its customers with services of an expert, acting on its behalf, that enables you to check and authenticate that the product you received is indeed assembled from original KLIL profiles and accessories.

The service is provided free of charge to clients who attended a consultation meeting; moreover, you can place an order for a paid test, according to the regulations of KLIL.
